Serene Seasons: Navigating Menopause with Breath & Oils

In this our first joint workshop, I’ll be collaborating with essential oils expert Anna Thompson of Anjo Wellness to explore gentle, effective tools to support the body and mind through the hormonal shifts of peri-menopause, menopause and beyond.

Join us for a restorative journey in which we’ll discover the soothing benefits of essential oils and breathwork practices to bring to balance common menopause symptoms including hot flushes, anxiety, mood swings, and sleep disturbances and counter the accumulation of stressors in our systems.

This workshop offers a safe, supportive space to explore natural wellness practices, deepen self-awareness, and cultivate calm amidst change. Whether you’re in the foothills of peri-menopause (or curious about what might happen when you get there), transitioning through menopause or finding balance as you emerge into your second spring, Serene Seasons has been created to help you to embrace this unique time of life with grace and serenity.

The workshop will be a combination of theory and practice, with plenty of opportunity for discussion and questions. And towards the end of our time together, we’ll enjoy balancing herbal tea and some nutritious treats plus a chance to share experiences of the workshop.

All participants will leave with a specially blended essential oil rollerball and breathwork prompt sheets to encourage a continuation of the practices introduced in the workshop.
