In the first of a series of seasonal self-care workshops, I’ll be joined by Anna for a two hour end of week wind down.
Seasonal mocktails will be served on arrival, before we enjoy a gentle movement practice with Anna. Next up, we’ll be indulging in luxurious footbaths accompanied by some steadying breathwork to help release the tensions of the week. And then after a guided practice of foot massage using specially created balm, it’ll be time to settle back for a practice of yoga Nidra, during which you’ll be offered a mini scalp massage. The workshop will conclude with a cup of soothing herbal tea and a chance for a chat.
