Seasonally themed yoga, a dip in the swimming pond and laid back time to catch up with friends in the beautiful summer garden, all whilst raising money for Womankind Worldwide. Sue and Emma are back with YogaSwim4Good.
Taking place on selected Tuesday mornings from 10am-midday, each YogaSwim4Good session will begin with outdoor yoga on the yoga lawn, followed by the opportunity a swim in the natural swimming pond. After the swim, there’ll be time to chat over warm up drinks in the garden, and cakes too of course to replenish after the morning’s exertions.
